“The fifth agreement has a positive message. A lot of redundancies and repetitions, but maybe we need that to hear and internalize the message? He definitely put the four chords for me on a deeper level. “The story of you is all you know about yourself. And when I say that, I speak to you, to know what you believe, what you are, not to you, to the man, what you really are. As you can see, I make a difference between you and you, because one of you is real and one of you is not real. You, the physical man, are real; You are the truth. You, knowledge, are not real; They are virtual. You only exist because of the agreements you have made with yourself and with the other people around you. You come, knowledge, of the words you hear in your head, of all the opinions of the people you love, the people you don`t like, the people you know, and especially the people you will never know. In The Four Agreements, a New York Times bestseller for more than seven years, Don Miguel Ruiz revealed how the process of our upbringing or “domestication” can make us forget the wisdom with which we were born. During our lives, we make many agreements that go against ourselves and cause unnecessary suffering. The four agreements help us break these self-limiting agreements and replace them with agreements that bring us personal freedom, happiness and love. Now Don Miguel Ruiz joins his son Don Jose Ruiz to offer a new perspective on the Four Accords and a powerful new agreement to transform our life into our personal heaven: the Fifth Agreement.

The Fifth Convention takes us to a deeper level of awareness of the power of the car and brings us back to the authenticity with which we were born. In this captivating sequel to the book that has changed the lives of millions of people around the world, we are reminded of the greatest gift we can give ourselves: the freedom to be who we really are. I did not go beyond the first two chapters of this book. It`s so repetitive that it drove me crazy. It seems that there is an idea in the book and it is repeated endlessly in different ways ad nauseum. The idea is not even original. Very disappointing, because I liked “the four chords” of the same author. It`s terribly boring. The book itself is great and I would definitely recommend it if you haven`t read all four chords.

And I would recommend it more than 4 chords, but seriously 80% of the book is one more of the same. Buy one of them, but not both. M. Ruiz and his son did a great job of pursuing the deals. I love these books and what a great job Peter Coyote does with the stories. Everyone should own all the books of these authors. They are concise, easy to understand and will change how you look at everything!! Conscience!!!!! “As one of my favorite books of all time, `The Four Agreements` has said it all. There were some good concepts that were discussed in this book, but they would have been better included in a separate book to the “mastery of love”, unlike this poorly executed attempt to write them down as the 5th chord…
